Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange. LUSH LUXURY CLOTHING will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you. 


Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked as "Final Sale," indicating that they are nonreturnable and non-exchangeable. Please carefully review the product description before making a purchase. 


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will provide further instructions on returning the item and arranging a replacement. 


Refunds on Promotional and Sale Items

Promotional and sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange unless they are damaged or defective.

We understand that there may be instances where you may need to exchange an item due to sizing or manufacturing defects. In such cases, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same item or another product of equal value. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. 


Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. 


Time Limit for Exchanges: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we will not be able to process any exchange requests.
